Judgment will be your challenge. It is the self-judgment you’ve carried and the judgment you’ve held about others. But you exist while restructuring your life and world to allow you to release them all. It is the only way you can expect to embrace your authentic self and make the contribution you intended.

The only real problem that exists for you is judgment. You have difficulty with this concept because you often confuse judgment with discernment. You can use discernment as you move through your physical experience without judgment.

Discernment allows you to choose your life direction with the awareness you now possess that you believe leads you to the expansion you seek. On the other hand, judgment can only be used when you determine right or wrong about something, either yourself or something outside yourself. This task is impossible because you always have limited awareness as long as you are in physical form.

You’ve never done this. We are speaking of your current restructuring. It was meant to make you own who you are so your civilization would ascend as each of you does individually.

But this time is different on your evolutionary journey, which is the same for your world. You each have something you were given to contribute, but accepting and understanding what that might be would have been a challenge during your rapidly changing world.

You create both the same way, which is why we have provided guidance. You need only believe our advice, as it is the same one you possess. The message from 2012 will aid you today.

Whatever you focus on will increase. This concept is one of the most valuable to remember as you move through your day consciously. Focus means that you are intentionally adding energy to something.

All things physical are pure energy. Your physical mind, or brain as you think of it, can harness and place this energy in specific places. This process is such a natural and automatic occurrence that you fail to recognize that you are always doing it. It is not possible for you to even be on the physical plane without operating in this manner.

Now, you can decide to use it deliberately in your favor.

You are worth far more than you know. Your worth and value were given to you at birth, but you use your physical life experiences to extract that value, and you accomplish it by the thoughts you choose to hold about yourself and all your experiences.

None are good or bad; those are human judgments, and you are meant to break free from them. You were born to be alive during the restructuring of your world, which means recognizing and owning your worth and value has never been more critical. You can only accomplish that when you begin to appreciate your enormous contribution, and that is when you allow abundance in every form to enter your life.

We gave you a message in 2012 that will make sense to you now, and the more you utilize it, the more you will access and manifest your inherent prosperity.

Afford it, can be a very valuable mantra when you use it intentionally to further your expansion. The moment you look at anything you desire in your physical life experience and make the statement that you cannot afford it, you have halted your expansion or evolution.

You can afford things in many different ways, not merely monetarily. You may afford something by deciding to put time and effort into manifesting it. There may be other times when you do not desire to afford something, which is merely your choice, by thinking it is impossible. While the differences initially may seem subtle, they are monumental in your progression.

Your emotions can help you now. That is if you allow them their full expression. You are moving through a massive restructuring in your life and world for evolution.

You are also in a period of great reflection. You are meant to examine how much you have allowed yourself to love who you are and bring your authentic self to the world. You are also releasing generations of limited thinking you might not have known you possessed.

While it might be challenging for you to believe in yourself right now, you will when you practice self-forgiveness and make a greater effort to embrace every aspect of who you are. We gave you a message in 2012 that we want you to contemplate now.

Every aspect of your physical life experience holds what you might consider emotional ups and downs. It would help if you recognized that they are indeed emotional; you may hold intellectual thoughts about those areas or arenas of your life, but that will have little effect without the emotional component.

Your emotions cause you to feel anything; only when you feel something do you truly experience it. When you begin to welcome and embrace all those so-called ups and downs, you will effortlessly ascertain and utilize their meaning and wisdom.

You can make things better. While we know the word better is subjective, we used it intentionally in 2012, for we knew where you might be now: frustrated with yourself and your world. But this is why you are alive.

You want to move through your frustration with yourself and your world, and you do that by changing your interpretation of it all and loving and forgiving yourself.

Everything you have experienced in your life was for your highest good, and if you were to extract the light from those experiences, you would appreciate your worth and value now and make a difference in your life and the world you intended. 

Please take to heart the message we gave you when we began guiding you through this restructuring. Everything we provided was to help you overcome your fear and doubt and appreciate and accept your importance.

You only experience frustration because you desire and are asking to be shown a better way. Some subjective words are being used here to help you understand this concept. Better means finding or allowing some way for your expansion to occur.

It is your life experience, and the ability to allow that better way to come to you is in your hands. There is often a tendency with that initial feeling of frustration to feel a bit defeated, but this, too, will pass as you find and develop your internal knowledge, wisdom, and knowledge and allow a new, better, or different way of guiding your life experience to be revealed to you. It would help if you recognized your worth and value. Every soul is born with inherent worth and value that emerges as you live your life. It comes through in every experience you have. The only difficulty you might encounter is realizing the importance of your adventures and what you accomplished through every effort you have made to achieve something.

Due to the restructuring of your world, it is vital for you to recognize who you are now. Without this crucial step, you cannot make the contribution you intended.

We gave you this in 2012, knowing where you might be now. We also want you to understand that you have a divine plan unfolding now, and when you reinterpret everything about yourself and your life experiences, you will find your worth and value.

When you begin to accept and believe that you were born inherently deserving, you will also stop keeping all that you truly desire from coming to you.

Throughout your lifetime, you form what can be thought of as core beliefs about who you think you are. Somewhere along the way, one of those core beliefs began to form around the idea that you did not deserve whatever might come your way. Because of that belief, it became difficult for you to even ask for what you desired, let alone feel comfortable when it arrived.

It is not essential to necessarily know when or where this began. However, you need to know it exists, and you can change it.

You will move into another phase of this transition, requiring more of you to examine who you are, what you have ignored, and the generational limitations you were meant to release now.

Whenever you use an excuse to explain your behavior, you also choose to put up a barrier or block your expansion. You may seek to find examples where this may not be true; however, after close examination, you will be hard-pressed to do so.

Any excuse then becomes your reason for not choosing to find a way, solution, or to make something possible, which is precisely expansion. You no longer need excuses when you become willing to own your worth, value, and inherent gifts.

Eliminating or not making excuses involves developing or recognizing one’s inherent courage and strength.

Your mental attitude will determine your experience of anything you attempt to do before you begin. This principle is a potent resource that is always available to you.

If you have a mental attitude that what you are attempting to do will be difficult, challenging, or impossible, that will be your experience. If your mental attitude is one of discovery, expected expansion, and joy, that will be your experience.

When you utilize this process, you bring yourself back to living in the moment. Any feeling of dread or worry about doing anything is merely a projection you make that is not based on any form of reality.

This process can be especially beneficial when you feel overwhelmed or have so much to do. The rewards are great when you try to pay attention to your mental attitude before you begin anything.

Judgment never helps you. Any judgment you might make on your physical life journey can only be made from your current level of awareness, which is always limited as your intention is always expansion.

You will move through periods in your life when your harshest judgments are about yourself. Then, there are times in your civilization when you hold those judgments about others, which will also halt your progression.

Viewing our message from last year will make you more likely to accept it as you and your world restructure yourselves.

Self-judgment will block your ascension. Every soul comes to the physical plane intending to expand or ascend, which can only be accomplished when you decide to release your old ideas about yourself or who you could become.

You exist at a time in your world when you must also contend with your planetary ascension. The next period in your world will cause you to examine your pasts for reconciliation, so a reckoning is needed, which you are about to enter.

We guided on this day ten years ago.

You can’t hold judgment and expand at the same time. This principle is a universal law that has always existed. It will help you understand the terminology used here.

A judgment means that you have placed a value judgment on something as being either good or bad. On the other hand, expansion means total acceptance of what is, so judgment never enters the picture.

There is also a difference between a judgment and a preference. You are always entitled to your preferences, for they cause you to feel good when you choose them, and you have not used judgment.

Your first place of judgment is usually placed upon you. You will judge some aspect of who you are, including your words, actions, behaviors, physical appearance, or anything else that is inherently you, and thereby block the expansion that is there because everything about you has meaning and purpose, or it would not be there.

You continually operate with limited awareness but always reach new awareness when you release judgment. Apply your logical thinking.

It will be different for each of you, but the goal is always for you to become your authentic self. We guided you on this day ten years ago, but it might surprise some of you who you could become. You will become comfortable with your new self, which was your intention on your life journey. We guided your ascension journey.

As you move through your physical life experience, you are in a constant state of evolving. This process was precisely your intention and why you desired to take this journey. This process will often make you uncomfortable because you are moving into unknown territory every step of the way.

You learned to fear that unknown from a very early age, and most times, that was an inadvertent result of those guiding you in an attempt to protect you. As you evolve, you begin to understand that protection is no longer necessary. To experience evolution truly, you must become comfortable with that unknown, which is letting go of the fear.

So now, a fully evolved being has become entirely comfortable in their own skin. This process is what you are up to.
